There came a point where I felt like my body and energy were constantly at odds with my vision. I was exhausted, inflamed, emotionally drained, and doing my best to juggle life, motherhood, and the pressure to keep going.
What was worse? Watching someone I loveāmy sisterābattle Lyme disease while being bombarded with conventional āfixesā that only addressed symptoms, not the root.
That experience lit something in me. I saw firsthand what it meant to fight for wellness in a system that doesnāt always make space for true healing. And I realizedā¦I wasnāt just tired. I was being called to build something different.

I started turning to what felt most natural: real ingredients. Whole foods. Functional plants. Things our ancestors would have recognized as medicine.
At my kitchen table, I blended the first version of what would later become our Reds Immunity Boosterāa vibrant powder filled with beetroot, cranberry, strawberry, turmeric, and sweetened gently with date sugar.
It was delicious.
It was energizing.
It was mine.
And for the first time in a long time, I felt in control of my body and energy again.
That one red powder became a ritualāthen a product. And eventually, a brand.
